VACATION CARE PROGRAM

The first week of the vacationcare will be capped.
No fees will be applied so numbers will be limited to ensure the service can support working families.

The second week of vacation care will return to normal and parents will have CCS applied to their usage.

If your wages have changed, please go online and change your income to ensure you are charged the correct out of pocket expenses.

If anyone is experiencing financial hardship, there are measures in place to help you, so please contact me.

The educator so try to make the holidays fun and we hope you enjoy the program.

FEE STRUCTURE - Avoca Before- and After School care 2020

FEES AND CHARGES

Before School Care Casual                              $ 25  per day

Permanent                                                        $ 22.50 per day

After School Care Casual                                 $ 28  per day

Permanent                                                        $ 24.50 per day

Vacation Care                                                   $ 65.00 per day (Or otherwise stated)

Late collection fee of children after 6.30pm   $1.00 per min

Cancelations of a vacation care position during the school holiday period will still incur a charge at your CCB/CCR reduced amount.

Late Fee = $10 for every week your fees are not up to date.

Cancelation of a casual BSC or ASC position on the day of booking will still incur a charge at your CCB/CCR reduced amount.

Certain days are capped and we can only allow a certain amount of children, so if you don't want to miss out, early bookings are the way to go!!!

Please make sure you book in on time for 3rd October (Survivor/gardening day), 8th October (Avoca paddle boating) and 9th October (build a bear) as there will be limited spots available for the day or we need numbers in advance. Thank you!!!
