Dear parent(s)/caregiver(s),
Please find the link to our Vacation Program and booking form for the
upcoming holidays in September/October.
We will be running the program from Monday 29th September till Friday 10th October,
with an extra pupil free day on Monday 13th October
(Monday 6th October will be a Public Holiday).
WE WILL BE OPEN FOR BOOKINGS FROM FRIDAY 29th August at
7.00 AM ONWARDS.
WE WILL ONLY TAKE BOOKINGS FROM THE BOOKING FORM
ATTACHED. THE BOOKING WILL BE TAKEN ON A FIRST IN, FIRST SERVED BASIS.
Due to the increase of our regular children during the week, we know it
will be busy. We have to make sure we have enough educators available for the
number of children attending and will cap the days to a maximum of 30 or 40
children, depending on the activity for the day. We will be working with a
waiting list if days are fully booked.
Please use the booking form attached and send this back to us. (Click
on booking form; ‘’open with’’ Google documents. Write down the days you are
interested in; File; download – save as PDF. Send this PDF back to us / or
print, fill in, scan or take a photo and send back / or there will be a hard
copy available at the Service)

You will receive a confirmation from us. If you don’t receive a
confirmation, please contact us again to make sure we have received it.
Once you have booked, we can’t cancel your booking anymore. Please make sure you are booking the correct days to avoid
disappointment.
