Booking form

Please find attached our Vacation Program and booking form for the upcoming December/January Holidays

WE WILL ONLY TAKE BOOKINGS FROM THE BOOKING FORM ATTACHED (We also have copies available at the Service).

You can return this form to Avocaschoolcare@gmail.com.

You will receive confirmation from your bookings. If you don’t receive a confirmation, please contact us again to make sure we have received it.

Once you have booked, we can’t cancel your booking anymore. Please make sure you are booking the correct days to avoid disappointment.

Vacation care program September/October 2023

Please find attached our Vacation Program and booking form for the upcoming September/October holidays.

We will be running the program from Monday 25^th September till Friday 6^th October (Monday 2^nd October is a Public Holiday).

WE WILL BE OPEN FOR BOOKINGS FROM FRIDAY 25^th AUGUST AT 6.30 AM.

WE WILL ONLY TAKE BOOKINGS FROM THE BOOKING FORM ATTACHED.  THE BOOKING WILL BE TAKEN ON A FIRST IN, FIRST SERVED BASIS.

Please use the booking form attached and send this back to us.  (Click on booking form; ‘’open with’’ Google documents. Write down the days you are interested in; File; download – save as PDF. Send this PDF back to us / or print, fill in, scan or take a photo and send back / or there will be a hard copy available at the Service)

You will receive confirmation from your bookings. We will cap the days to 30 or 40 children, depending on the activity for the day. We will be working with a waiting list if days are fully booked.

Once you have booked, we can’t cancel your booking anymore. Please make sure you are booking the correct days to avoid disappointment.
